A Seminar About the “Whys” Behind Food Safety
Food Safety from the Inside: 0–100 is not a typical “tick-the-box” compliance training. It is a transformational learning experience designed to connect food industry personnel with the deeper purpose behind food safety rules, procedures, and standards.
Rather than focusing on lists of requirements, the seminar emphasizes the “whys”: why a practice matters, why a system exists, and why safety is not solely the responsibility of specialists, but the outcome of shared thinking and perception. The goal is not the mechanical reproduction of instructions, but the development of genuine understanding and internal commitment from every individual working in production, quality control, or technical support.
The program has been shaped through years of experience in real food industry environments, with deep knowledge of the daily reality and challenges faced by frontline personnel. It incorporates numerous examples, exercises, and interactive modules (Q&A sessions), where participants actively engage in discussion and in shaping the answers. The objective is not only to understand what needs to be done, but to develop the ability to think systemically and causally about food safety.
Through this process, a shared vocabulary and unified culture are built: everyone — from machine operators to quality managers — can place their daily actions within a broader framework of understanding called Food Safety.
By the end of the seminar, participants:
- recognize the critical elements of the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2018),
- understand how to monitor and improve their processes,
- comprehend their role within the chain of responsibility,
- and, most importantly, actively contribute to shaping a more mature Food Safety Culture in their workplace.
